Best joint supplement?

Will do, I am going to take (2) Before AM Fasted Cardio!
 
The topical joint force by epharm is legit for isolated problems.. I stacked that for my shoulder with joint help.. awesome combo.. prolly stacks amazing with pretty much everything that works!
 
has anyone tried Great Lakes Gelatin (Collagen Hydrolysate)? Ive heard awesome things from some of my PT and Physio friends, but havent simply because im stingy with my food and didn't want to use 6gP on it lol

I use collgen hydrolysate since 2 years, 10 grams a day on empty stomach, really nice supplement....
 
Anybody have any comments on Absonutrix Cissus Quadrangularis Xtreme? Strictly going off the label, it seems to have a very generous dose of cissus (1600mg/2 capsules), and it's nearly always one of the least expensive cissus joint products on Amazon. I don't know that I've ever seen it mentioned in any of the joint supplement discussions I've read...

Find a glucosamine/chondroitin product with MSM. You have to be consistent and patient. Best time to take is before bed. I take 4 BCAA caps before bed and find it really helps me recuperate and repair. That's me.
 
Cissus works well for me. I started using it after getting some de quervain's. It just takes a while to kick in
