Best joint stack?

what you guys use. My joints are prety bad, because i play basketball, lift weights and work physical job.
any suggestions.
I nknow that glucosamine and msn should help but i used them before and didnt felt diference.
any specific product or stack?

Try to get your DR to send to a Sports Rehabilation program to work on your conditioning. Advanced Crossover Symmetry can do wonders for bad joints.

I dont think that my joints are that bad. I was just looking for specific product to help maintain them

Wait, in your first post you said that they're are bad, now they're not? With 5-6 sessions with a specialist, you would not have to worry about supplementing to maintain...

I dont think that my joints are that bad. I was just looking for specific product to help maintain them

yes they are bad than i am benching 300 lb but I dont think that doctor would aprove that too.

So you dont think that any sups can really work

what about Universal Animal Flex
Joint Support.
I am not big fan of Universal but the list of ingridients is impresive

animal flex is a great product that has a lot of stuff you dont see in other products. or try a cissus product

I'll second this. Outstanding combo, but give the Animal Flex 2 to 3 weeks before thinking it's not working.

Personally, I double-dosed Animal Flex (once in AM, once in PM) for 2 weeks straight, then went on normal single-dose in AM. At about week 3 I started to notice slight improvements all around.

And cissus seems to help quite a bit, too!
