Best Health and Longevity Supps...Cooper or Synapse

Thanks for the sustain alpha review!

I'm going to be trying the pine pollen and royal jelly as well... they are both on my to-do list. Don't if they will do anything while I'm "on" though.

What are the benefits from pine pollen and royal jelly. Any science behind these?

In dealing with non stop stomach issues for over two years now, something that I found to work wonders for my stomach is Manuka honey. It can be expensive, but if you find it cheap enough a table spoon a day will help out with any stomach issues.

Things for longevity imo

Olive leaf extract
Green tea everyday
Eat lots of berries
Eat more vegetables
Eat more seafood

What brands sell KSM-66? I just picked up Himalaya's Ashwagandha and Bacopa a few days ago. One cap each in the AM and I can really tell the difference; could I take another cap of each in the evening?

Jarrow reformulated their ashwagandha this year and now use the ksm-66 extract. It costs about $0.12 per 300 mg capsule.

Carotenoids are the category of micronutrients that seem most strongly linked to longevity and health. The greatest sources being red palm oil, carrots, butternut squash, and pumpkin.

Important to note, this does not apply to beta-carotene taken in isolation, which has well established adverse effects. The key is in carotenoids diversity. (alpha-, beta-, gamma-carotene, lycopene, lutein, etc -- all taken together)

Back from the dead !

Everyone has their own needs, but I can tell you what I take for health:

Vitamin D - seen thousands of outpatient records, seen maybe 3 people with fully replete labs. The struggle is real
Ashwaghanda - neural health/calm -> I tend to be stressed and high strung from work
NAC - recent data showing immune benefits in reducing influenza infections. Data as performance enhancer. Data as testosterone optimizer
I3C - a key reason why cruciferous veggies are so protective against cancer
Magnesium - mellows me out, sleep, also common deficiency

Could you share some of the references about NAC as a performance enhancer and testosterone optimizer?

I have been using Ashwaghanda (KSM-66) for the past month and really have enjoyed it. I notice more of an overall calming with it and it has had a great impact on overall sleep depth for me. I was dosing in the AM as well, but a couple days ago I just started using it pre-bed with magnesium.
