Lateral/Outside LOWER portion of the Biceps?

When I flex, I am happy with front pose. I am NOT happy with rear pose - the part closet to the elbow (from rear elbow and up arm about 2-3 inches). Dead space almost! :(
 
Im thinking wide grip barbell curls...Ugh..Im a little foggy this morning , but i think that it. And maybe reverse curls

My Brachioradialis is MICROSCOPIC :p

Oddly enough I do those. Not consitently though.

I will prioritize those.
