best eca stack

Can you elaborate? The ECA stack is simply Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin. These are all drugs you can find at your local drugstore.

Dosages vary upon tolerance to such drugs, some people will respond more readily to lower dosages than others.

caffeine 200 milligrams 3 times a day
asprin
equals kick a$$ stack:box:

be sure to keep water intake around 2 gallons a day
 
I've heard that bronkaid works well as an ECA is that true because I am about to start my 1st cycle. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
