Best Dynamic Warm-Up in the World?

Hi Everyone,

In my past, I used to think that warm-ups were a waste of time. After doing a run or static stretch, my strength actually decreased slightly.

Now, enough experts have told me about dynamic warm-ups, increasing range of motion, strength, muscular development, and endocrine-cardio factors.

1. In your opinion, what is the best dynamic warm-up routine?

2. Personally, I use the Rick Kasejl "Unlock Your Hip Flexors" and "Unlock Your Tight Hamstrings".

Although buying a balance footpad is required, and there is a learning curve, the entire routine can be done in 15 minutes. Time well spent, in my opinion, as I always feel less stressed and more focused.

It helps with my weak core, weak abs, tight hamstrings, anterior and lateral pelvic tilt, etc...all the muscles that happen when we are predisposed to tightness, and sit so much in modern society.

3. Other people on the forum recommend Joe Defranco's Limber 11:

In the past, Mark Verstegen's "Core Performance" dynamic warmup and Ron Jones use of that was good.

4. Any other opinions on best dynamic warm-up in the world? Why do we say so?
