Best day to pin HCG?

Is there an optimal DAY to pin HCG? Better to do it the day before you pin TEST, or the day after?

On a Test cycle. 500mg week. Pinning Mon/Thurs.
Will be using 250 iu HCG, pinning 2x week (either Sun/Weds or Tues/Fri).
