You don't have to take my advice. That's fine.
But, what I'm telling is is my experience at starting from skinnier than you. I wasted ALOT of money on supplements. I mean ALOT! It would have made college much less stressful if I hadn't (I barely made it through the last 2 months of my senior year).
I didn't start gaining muscle until I got serious with eating and dropped all the crap. I start pre and post-WO shakes and started gained quickly.
Again - you don't have to listen to what I say, but I'm just looking out for your wallet bro. I'm not trying to "hinder your gains" or anything like that.
