I haven't tried Creatine in a while now and am aware of some new types out there. Anyone have any suggestions on the most effective brands out right now.
im using PBL's kre-alkyn extreme from bulknutrition im loving it..didnt care for the ester product i used from thermolife..but custome has a great price on cee and u should support him as he has some really great products and deals
