To get 500mg, I just figured out how many caps I can make at once.. My capper holds 24 caps at once, so that's 12g powder.. I just fill, spread, tamp, repeat.. Once all the powder is just about capped, I put the tops on then weigh them individually.. 500mg on my scale reads 0.5g, maybe every 4-5 caps actually read 0.6g..

Cut off the excess pop it in your mouth and swill it down with water. After a few tests runs it is MUCH, MUCH quicker for one time dosing than caps, and much cleaner than YG.
Not so great for portability, but I just dose mine on the spot, it can be done discretely so don't worry..lol
