Best Built MMA Fighters

This thread died before Alexander got his 2 big wins, but he definitely has one of the strongest builds in MMA.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned Alistair Overeem, but he deserves to be on the best built list.

Worst builds, one that comes to mind is Alistair's opponent Friday night, Paul Buentello. Looks like he doesn't do sh*t.

Overeem should stay at HW. He was huge against Buentello and Sergei.

Randleman really has, or at least had, the best physique in MMA. Huge, cut, proportional, the guy had it all.
 
It should be noted that Fedor laughs at "good" builds, then proceeds to KO your family, including grandma.

Yeah, I agree with both statements. Randleman was/is battling some crazy staph, that guy has so much messed up stuff happen to him..........................unbreakable.

He was also sexually abused as a child. There was a video on youtube a while back where he was talking about it. The dude is a survivor and a warrior. That is why he is one of my favorite fighters.

I remember hearing about that a while back. Pretty much everyone he was close with in his life has died, the car wrecks, injuries, sexual abuse, and that's probably not even the half of it. The man is definitely a survivor.
 
Congo has a pretty bad @$$ build. His current skills as a fighter are sort of questionable, but his musculature is fricken amazing.

There's another bottom tier guy who looks f'n amazing, I don't know his name, he has a tattoo down the side of his obliques, he was in a UFC about a year or two ago and he beat somebody with a sudden KO via jumping knee to counter a shoot. I know that's about as broad and vague as all get out, but his physique was awesome.

That is James Irvin. When he fought Doug Marshall in WEC a few years afo at HW, he was almost stage ready with his physique. He is fighting on the next UFC card, but he is on the undercard. I hope he gets a rematch with Thiago Silva soon.

I agree, that off the ground suplex should have been lights out for 99.9% of humans. Speaking of tough noggins, some of the shots Fedor delivered on Noguiera should have knocked out 99.8% of any human too.

ok here is how i know itook a couple of classes at cobra kai jj and at xtreme couture which where alot of hawaiians train even kendall grove and well all hawaiians tlak to eac htoher and i wqas talking to him and when him and melvin traine dat punishment he told me ok they ya go. so hes on i dont know if he still is but he was

See the contradiction? You also show your lack of intelligence by labeling me as a "hillbilly" because I am from Texas. Hate to break it to you, but TX is just as industrialized as any other state in the US. I am not acting tough or anything of that nature. I am merely stating my opinion about the validity of your claim. There is a lot of ignorance about AAS within MMA, so I have my doubts when I here a fighter claiming that another fighter is using AAS.
