Best bodybuilding tip ever

Its just as important WHEN you eat as it is WHAT you eat. I can see some faults in it, but it made me start really thinking about timing my meals and what was in my pre/post workout meals.

:food:

Very true.

Dsade agreed on the intense training like your loved ones depend on it.

also agreed on the no milk, especially when cutting!

The most important bodybuilding tip is to be proprtional. Example I have naturally huge quads and not so naturally huge calves. I got my quads to twenty eight inches with fifteen and a half calves and eighteen arms.

Well Ive brought my quads down to around twenty five by NOT doing heavy squatting ,on purpose, and Im blasting my calves.

Ideally the calves should be the size of your upper arms. I'm playing catch up..They've for sure improved!

so strengthen your genetic weakness's and you want to look like balanced.

when i do dips for lower chest i go as far down as possible, and on another thread some guy said that can give u should maladies or something, where your shoulders overtake your chest?
Got it - okay, try this:

The shoulders only rest on the sternum - they're a bony structure of the skeleton, but that's mighty little to brace all the weight we lift; so the ligaments are crucial in holding the whole balancing act in place, and injuries are debilitating, being hard to treat & almost impossible to rest sufficiently.

Doing dips improperly substantially increases the risk of damage to the shoulders because of the angles involved and the extra strain they impose on the ligaments, and on the muscles which are not powerful at all angles. Safest to go no lower than it takes to get a right-angle between the forearm and upper arm, and not to pause at the bottom of the dip.

This would mostly be a risk for people w/ shoulder injuries already and people who have not already built a strong general musculature in their shoulders and upper back.

Use good form, don't go beyond your body's state of preparedness, and don't overdo it, and you'll probably be fine.
