Best appetite suppressant supplement that you’ve personally tried?

I personally like to have a few cups of green tea in between my meals when I'm dieting as I feel it very much kills my appetite in between meals. There's even studies I believe showing that green tea is like a natural glp-1 agonists

Supplements is mainly alpha yohimbine for me but any strong stimulant will help.

Natural remedies is chia seeds suspended in water and/or chugging sparkling water 15 min before meals, makes you feel very full. (I know you asked for supplements but I love natural remedies and they can be used in conjunction of supplements for increased effect)

Flavored club soda is my go to for getting through long stretches of not eating when dieting. Gives you a full feeling and makes me skip snacks etc

Thermagize XT (current version) is the strongest I've ever used - if looking for a stimulant.
There's some feedback in the thread here: https://anabolicminds.com/community...at-loss-energy-focus-appetite-control.337638/

Lean GLP is great for stimulant free. There are ingredients in it that have multiple clinical studies on them showing a decrease in appetite and there's a lot of feedback in the thread: https://anabolicminds.com/community...ultimate-glp-1-supplement-has-arrived.339058/
Agreed with these recommendations as well! Can't go wrong with either of them for the price and quality.

This is what I do when dieting. I "treat" myself to zero calorie soda between lunch and dinner.

Anybody here remember the OG Radiate? That was the strongest stimulant/appetite suppressant I ever took. Who knows what was really in that prop blend 😅

In the past SD has never messed with my appetite, But I haven't used it in a while and the last time I used winstrol it kind of killed my appetite and it never used to do that so I'm interested to see what's been changing as I get older. A buddy of mine recently said don't be surprised if all the orals start killing your appetite. He really feels like the older he gets the more orals f*** with him

Is it worth the cost?

It's a little pricey here in the UK (£65/$87). I have looked at it but the price swayed me off it.

Some impressive ingredients though so quality = cost.
Worth the cost is subjective as everyone’s financial situation is different. But, for me personally and others (you can check the lean glp intro thread for feedback) the appetite suppression shines above anything else ive taken, including other SNS/CEL products

Depression 😅

But nah, SNS Lean-GLP is genuinely and surprisingly effective and yes, it is the most expensive supplement in my inventory, but as @mechka_grizli said, food really does become an afterthought. I normally suffer from "Food Noise" when the defecit gets deep, but Lean-GLP really helped quieten that.
As @Dblock and @rodefeeh mentioned, diet soda's also help, I think the carbonation helps you feel full.

Unreal Supps has it for £61.99 - https://unrealsupps.co.uk/serious-nutrition-solutions/lean-glp/

That's around £2.00 per day - which according to a search is less per day than most energy drinks are there.

So in terms of whether its worth it, it really depends on the person and their needs/priorities.

Lean GLP has a lot of benefits in one product - appetite control, food noise reduction, fat burning, blood sugar support, and lipid support.

Here in the US, there is a GLP supplement that contains Eriomin (which Lean GLP has) and just 2 other ingredients that sells for over 20.00 more than Lean Glp does.

Dorian Yates Black Bombs back in the day used to destroy my appetite for 3/4 of the day haha. Was strong.
If you wanna get old school, LG Science Anadraulic state was the worst for my appetite. And then on top of the fact that it killed my appetite completely it would make me throw up pretty much every time I used it 😂

Thanks.

I might give it a month's trial run. Being honest if it could make my appetite very under control then that's worth the extra £££$$$.

I have actually tried a proper glp-1 agonist and it made me feel absolutely awful.

Have you ran the lean-glp 1 product yourself? What did you actually notice? More satiety after meals or just reduced food noise?

Thanks.

All of the above and then some. It took some time for it to kick in like 10 days for me.

Dropped 31 lbs in 9 weeks on lean glp. Makes you feel full super quick and stay that way (before starting lean glp i was downing easy 4500+ calories a day). While on lean glp it was hard to consume 2600 calories when I was cutting.

Cravings are axed too, on the rare occasion I craved something it was short lived, it made me eat less of what I craved.

Sits at the top for best fat loss/appetite suppressant in my books. Probably the easiest cut i have ever done or at least it felt like it. Im off of lean glp now going on 2 weeks and effects of being full and still no cravings are still in present.

The feedback on it has been very much like @timmy8889 feedback above.

It helps with the food noise, reduces appetite in general, and you get fuller much faster.

There's some good detailed feedback in the Lean GLP thread: https://anabolicminds.com/community...ultimate-glp-1-supplement-has-arrived.339058/

It's worth reading for @mechka_grizli commentary alone haha.

Hey man! I hope you are well especially have recovered well from the accident you've unfortunately had few years ago. Question if you got any input I appreciate it. Are you familiar with any non pharma compound to help with hands essential tremor?

Lean GLP seems to be working well, but I notice if I eat something like lollies I get my hunger back for a day or so, then it goes away again

I had similar experience using it as you. I was craving something sweet and then after two bites I was done. Ate way less on it and could go longer time frames before feeling hungry again. I actually liked dosing it 4 in the morning vs 2 and 2. It seemed to be more effective for me that way.

Ill definitely try dosing 4 in the morning next time I run it.
