I'm curious what everyone is using to track calories eaten, burned, etc.

Years ago I used a website (can't recall what it was, something with fitness in it I think?) to count calories and guestimate how much I was burning from my workouts.

I find it odd that that according to myfitnesspal 30mins of mowing the lawn is the same amount of calories burned as an hour of weight training?

I'm also assuming doing HIIT weight liftingwould burn a lot more calories than just weight lifting. Any ideas on how I should track this?

I don’t worry about the calories I burn during my workout. I know I’m missing out in the tracking, but I’m more focused on the cardio calories. This keeps me over on calorie burn.
