Know this should probably go under the HGH/IGF-1 section but I thought I'd get some wide variety of opinions here!
I'm simply looking for the best alternative for a fast healing. I have a pretty messed up muscle around my knee, I'm getting treatment but I'm playing football and it's not gonna really help because I'm constantly at it twice a day plus lifting.
I can lift just fine upper body but lower body it's a struggle obviously. Anyways I just need to get healed fast! Like I said I can lift upper body pretty well but everything is just painful.
I know osta has healing properties but hey, I want ur opinions! Gonna start quake soon so I wanna be 100%
