I don't think it's a joke. I just think people are a bit delusional in there "goals" in this case, steroids making people "alpha" and building muscle to "pull panties". I'm guessing op is like 17 years old.

I get it though, young teenagers or 18 year olds see vets or guys that have competition physiques walking around and see the eyes following that person. When I was 23 my ex fiancés dad showed me how to do this stuff, and I saw the attention I got from the ladies and loved it. I probably didn’t start doing it for myself and my goals until my late twenties-early thirties. Made a lot of mistakes in the 20’s especially, when I read this post it was nostalgic lol
