Bes supplements to increase sex drive/libido?

Unfortunately most recommendations here are short term options, and probably make things worse long term mentally/emotionally.

Long term supplement usage I would dive further into different forms of Maca, or other natural herbal options which can be taken daily with no long term issue.

Look into diet, also cardio? Your heart needs to be worked out. Blood flow? Stress? Adrenals? Addiction to porn? So many things to consider other than a band-aid supplement.

It'd be nice to see an in-depth thread which looks at all the different areas which could be affecting libido.

I see these threads pop up all the time, yet rarely see anyone praise anything which has worked continually.

I can say T-force, M-test contain a compound which definitely increases libido. Desire is another issue, it's a complex topic.

I always will say, get some bloods done. I did, and my Endo thought I was on steroids because all my results were ridiculously high. I had very low libido tho, no desire to have sex.

Chinese medicine is very interesting, I read about Black Ant powder.

I've found also increased magnesium intake pre-bed with my zinc aids in more morning wood.

So if I have something bad with adrenals how to cure that? My adrenalin is to high because I have fast heart rate and only beta blockers helps me, but betablockers also can decrease libido. How maca works?

please explain to me the difference between LIBIDO and DESIRE!!!

please explain to me the difference between LIBIDO and DESIRE!!!
I'd guess that LIBIDO is a state where you generally feel absolutely able to confidently perform sexually whereas some people do not have the DESIRE to do anything about it. Many people may DESIRE to have sex for the sake of it but may not have the LIBIDO to fully perform the act. That's my view on it anyway

I think some or these supps may increase desire to do it, but I do not belive increase performance/volume/hardness!!

LI BIDO IS DESIRE....getting, maintaining an erection, hardness...is PERFORMANCE

lets not confuse the two....Viagra will increase performance but not desire!!!

whereas libido enhancers will increase desire but if you have ed will not help in getting an erection.....I take that back, some libido enhancers might actually improve erections to some degree.....I HAVE LEARNED THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS TO EVERYTHING.
