I'm reading about berberine is a good idea to take while on mk677. My question is, their was some information how it slows down your liver breaking processing. With that behind said when it comes to taking my AI, would I be taking half of my original dose, or altering my doses etc in anyway because the half life will last longer?

:D
That's not what that means bro.

Play by ear, means adjust as you go (as needed).

This^^

You going to have to play with the dose. First continue with your normal dose, who knows, you may not even need to raise the dose.

Wouldn't I be "lowering" my dose though because it slows down your liver.. so when taking an AI, the half life would be longer, so in theory it'll stay in my body longer, thus I either would need to take a lower dose or perhaps I would only take an AI once a week instead of 2x week as I do currently?

According to that, it's saying your dose may not be as effective.Invalid Link Removed

Honestly I think you're overthinking this whole thing @blasteryui. Just start dosing the Berberine and see what happens after a few weeks. People read studies that it rivals Metformin and then they think it's some super drug. It isn't.

It is a powerful tool, a natural tool, but it's not going to impact things dramatically. We are talking like a few percentage points in terms of bodily changes.
