bent over row tip x100 contraction power

Found this tip for a better quality contraction for bentover row ,simply asuume a bent over row position but with your glutes touching a wall when you bent over
 
doesn't it add a lot of pressure on your lumbar vertebrae, since your butt can't freely move back as the center of mass changes?
 
how would the center of mass change? a bent row should have a straight path and its not like its a deadlift. you are not using the same weight.
 
Try it mate it doesn't seem to give me any back issues ,you don't go right up against the wall you lightly touch your gluten so that your supported slightly and you can Chang where the fulcrum is
