Not for building muscle as they lack the necessary amino profile but they will help your tendons and joints long term which is beneficial. Also good for hair, skin and nails which is a bonus
Keeps the joints healthy which if you stick around long enough WILL be an issue. Makes my hair and nails grow much faster as well. Dose and duration are CRITICAL. People taking a couple grams for a month will get jack. 20+grams/day and at least a couple months to give it a fair shake.
