I was just wondering if you guys take Tudca at other times other than running an oral PH/AAS. It seems like it can assist in healthy cholesterol ration and obviously, liver health. Have you guys noticed any other benefits with it? Just curious.

I personally have not but i know people who use it as a daily supplement just like a multi for health benefits and liver support. So it's not uncommon.

I used it as stand alone. I mean, let's put it this way; you won't know if it's working unless you get a pre and post liver values report. If you have significant liver problems, you might "feel" a difference.

Thanks man, I'll be using it soon for sure so we will see.
Like mentioned above if you really wanted to know how it's working you could get a blood test before and after which would show AST & ALT liver enyzmes and that would give you a good idea how it's effecting you.
