Been somewhat stuck at the same weight for bench .. Anyone with tips/ programs/ help how to increase it . Hitting chest once a week but benching twice . 5 X 5 right now
 
Watch the "so you think you can bench" series on YouTube by Dave Tate. Gives a good overview of proper bench technique. The rest will come. Saying that cause most errors are technical for younger lifters.
 
What routine are you doing where you are hitting chest once a week but benching twice? That could be a reason you are not progressing.
