Hello, after 2 wasted years trying to bench trough pain and trying lots of things ( unssuccesful), I got by bony spurs surgically removed from both elbows + bursectomy ( more so on the left one). I am now 4 month past and after training I am feeling a bit of sourness and iritation in both elbows for 1-2 days post workout ( inclined bench feels a bit better) Is this a normal state? Is it the wound and missing bursa and just slowly healing? I can train and that pretty hard but am afraid I am doing more bad than good in doing so. I am using compression sleeves and will try capsaicin rub soon. Any experiences or information will help me a lot. TY very much!
