Bench advice to increase strength

I'm looking for some input on how I can increase my bench strength while still using some hypotrophy principles to ensure growth.

Recently I did the following:
Flat bench barbell: 315x2
Incline barbell bench: 315x4

I hardly ever do flat bench as I prefer the feel of the incline. What type of program rep scheme could I utilize to increase my reps @ 315 in both? Looking for any and all advice.

Look into 5/3/1 or 5x5
