Being sick and training...

Ugh! Have had a helluva a cough and head cold the past 3 days and have not been to the gym since it started. I'm aching to pump some iron, but my body is just saying no. Anybody ever deal with this before? Am I better off getting in there even though I feel like crap? Or should I wait until I feel better?
 
I would try to hit the gym. That way when u start to feel better. Every one else will get sick. Boom.. u don't have to wait for a bench!

I would take this ^^^^^ advise. Just sneeze on everything.

Haha... but really I've worked out through a cold. I think it will. Help
Just try and see hoe u feel. If u get lite headed or short breath stop go home

Hahaha, nice. Thanks for the advice. Maybe I'll just go light, my elbows and shoulders been kind of sore lately anyway.
