Beginner: Need help from knowledge holders. Pro-hormones.

Your Beginner

New member
Dear, AnabolicMinds.com Forum members

I am a new workout beginner, I have been training for 5 months now for the first time in my life and I have packed on 22lbs of solid lean muscle, I think it was possibly the best 5 months I could have ever had. I also in the process lost 5lbs of fat in the first month. I believe I did my training right, from all the articles and websites containing information I took in along the way.

Now, my questions are regarding pro-hormones.

First let me give you my personal information to keep in mind.

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 172lbs
BF%: 10-12%
Working out since: 5 months
Knowledge: Moderate

Now I want to start my first cycle of pro-hormones, but I do not want to have any regrets! I don't care if I have to spend 500 dollars, I want to do it 100% right. I wanna know I did the best I could.

Questions:

1) I need to know what would be the best gains, dry gains, lean muscle adding, pro hormone to take. (A prohormone that wont give me female breasts or weird genital side effects.
2) Also, I need someone to list the stuff I would need for PCT
3) What to take after for test levels to return back to normal
4) What for gains to remain.
5) Any other items I need or left out
6) What is (12/12/12/12/) etc...
7) Also milk thistle etc.... Everything to benefit my body
8) SERM

The reason I'm asking this stuff, is because I honestly have no clue what stuff is good what stuff I should stack, etc.... If someone could list the best stack and when to take stuff etc. I honestly would really appreciate it. Consider it helping someone trying to do things right, and learn. Instead of just taking a pill and hoping things work out.

WHATEVER YOU TELL ME TO BUY, IM 99% gonna buy and take so please use your honesty.

Sincerely,
Your Beginner

I would go with at least 2 years of steakdrol with proper lifting and then ask your question. Just my 2 cents

Definitely seconding the idea that you should hold off for a while. There are a lot of factors that go into that recommendation:

1. Experience: You've been lifting for 5 months, and in your words, have made great gains. Keep it up. You have many natural gains to come.
2. Size: At 6'2" 172 you're a pretty skinny guy. TBH at your height you should probably try to get up at least over 200 before starting prohormones.
3. Research: I can appreciate that you want to do everything right. That said, you need to do some research of your own before you check here. Look at some cycle logs, do some googling, whatever it takes to increase your knowledge. You aren't going to learn everything you need to know in one thread. Spend the time to do the research, and present us with a question that's framed more as follows:

"I'm planning to run _________________ at ____mg for _____________________ weeks.
my goal is:______________________________
my supports are:_______________________
my planned PCT is:_______________________
am I missing anything? What do you think? etc"

This lets us know that you've done your own research and we don't have to spoonfeed info. A good starting point as you consider anabolics is to do some research and try to find what product is going to be most beneficial to your goals. There are all kinds of supplements you can take to help you in the mean time.

A few standard ones:
Fish Oil
Multivitamin
Protein powder
Creatine
Preworkout

As well as a couple "extras"
Anabolic Pump
Erase
DAA
Shift
Stim-fatburner of choice
LITERALLY THOUSANDS of other "natural" supplements you can take. Stick to that route for a while... I'm sure you'll be able to gain a lot of mass.

Also you didn't list your age, which can be a factor as well.

Feel free to PM me if you have further questions.

At the risk of seeming vain im going to quote myself from this other thread I was just in earlier...

Invalid Link Removed

Ya, with the exception of the occasional sale of ON protein I never buy anything from GNC.... most of it is crap and/or available online for MUCH cheaper including the cost of shipping....

You should look into Invalid Link Removed. Some(also available from other companies). Some Invalid Link Removed. Bulk Invalid Link Removed,Invalid Link Removed, Aminos (Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed,Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed) for pre and intra workout...

With these you will have enough supps to run a couple months of awesomeness.... Whats your diet look like other then 3 meals... do you know how much protein is in your total diet? not just supplemented in shakes?

What do you do in your 6 days a week routine (which IMO is likely too much cause you have to give your body time to recover and grow, especially when natty)

One thing you did not mention to us either was your current age???

IMO that point is moot considering you still obviously have plenty of room to gain naturally but may just be yet another reason to stick at it and from a health aspect is just plain smart(if your too young).

id use the basics:

creatine
whey / BCAA's
multi vit / fish oil

than some fun stuff

NP's like Need2slin + slin sane, Anabeta, DAA

With only lifting for 5 months please dont jump on a PH/AAS/DS, its way to early for that. After 2.5yrs its another story. The best thing you can do for yourself is getting your diet in check, that will give you the best gains.

Also 8-9 good quality hrs of sleep.

It'd be very wise for you to hold off for a good couple years before running anything like a PH or AAS. If you truly gained 22lbs in only 5 months, you don't need anything like a PH yet. There's no reason to shut your body down when it's already putting out good results.

Focus on your diet; clean, proteins, complex carbs (fruits and veggies), whole grains, whole wheat, etc. Also focus on your workout exercises.

Since you're new to the gym, you need to research workout routines, proper lifting techniques, and muscle confusion. You may think you've done it "right" thus far, and you very well may have, but if you haven't, your gains will increase significantly by following a proper exercise program. It's as simple as Googling "chest workouts, bicep workouts, leg workouts, core workouts," etc. 1000's of pages will pop up with different exercises and youtube will show you how to do proper technique. I target 2 major muscle groups a day, for example, Monday was bi's and back, Tuesday was tri's and chest, yesterday was legs, today is traps and shoulders, and tomorrow I'll lightly hit bi's, back, and a little chest. Now comes the muscle confusion: next week I'll do traps and tri's on Monday, Tuesday will be shoulders and chest, etc. I never do the same 2 muscle groups together. I change it up week by week. I also never do the same exercises. By repeating the same exact workouts time and time again, your body will become "familiar" with the exercises and plateau. You will no longer be sore, your size will hault, and so will your strength. If you're not sore everyday in a couple different places, it's time to change it up. I am sore in at least 3 spots everyday, constantly, and I've been working out consistently for 7 years now. Muscle confusion!

To answer what "12/12/12/12" means: typically, whenever you see someone say they're going to run a supplement at, for example, 15/20/20/25/25/30, that means they're running that supp at 15mgs during week 1, 20mgs during weeks 2 and 3, 25mgs during weeks 4 and 5, and 30mgs during the final week. It's the dosing they're going to use.

Some good support supps to run all the time are a good multi-vit 3 times a day, omega-3 fish oil 3 times a day, and a good protein shake multiple times a day. Always run these, whether on a cycle or not. If you're working out 5 days a week, you should be on these everyday. Your body needs extra nutrients to keep it in an anabolic state while exercising. You want your body to feed off the supps, not your tissues. Anabolic state is good; a catabolic state is where your body doesn't have enough nutrients given to it, so it starts to feed of your tissues and cells, so you're hurting yourself instead of doing good.

If you want to run a cycle of something, jump on some creatine! Take a preworkout like Super Pump, 1MR, or Jacked. There's 100's to choose from, cheap or expensive, and they'll give you a knarly drive.

Organ support supps are usually taken during a PH or AAS cycle, but it's a good idea to take them during any kind of cycle IMO. Milkthistle cleanses and detoxes the liver (muy importante) and hawthorn berry makes for healthy blood vessels and blood pressure. There's more, but those are the basics. You can take an all-in-1 supp like Cycle Assist or Organ Shield. They have everything you need and there's 100's to choose from also.

Basically man, RESEARCH! Google is your friend. If you dk what something is, dk how to dose something, dk what to take, Google it. This is a very good site and very good people reside here, but there's a LOT of other sites with LOTS of info worth learning as well. Skim through all you can. I'm not expert, but I'm fairly knowledgable on this stuff and when I'm bored, I'll just skim through threads and find interesting and useful stuff all the time. You have questions on PCT products; Google "PCT for PH cycle." Dk what to take to bulk up; Google "Bulking cycles." The info is most definitely out there. Research what you can and then ask what you still don't understand.

Exercise, weight loss, weight gain, strength, endurance; it all takes time. There are no miracle formulas out there, yet. A PH so early on could really hurt your natural gains causing you to suffer in the future. Max your body out; make it give you all it's got before throwing testosterone and other stuff in it. When your body hits its max, that'll be the prime time to start a PH cycle, but your body has a ways to go before its maxed out. It's just getting warmed up! Throw in some protein, clean diet, and a little creatine and you'll be amazed of what it can do. PH/AAS come in time. There's no hurry :)

Good luck man! Glad you're getting your life in order! Stick to it and great things will come!
