Beginner Cycle

Stats:

22
5'9
205lbs
10-13% BF

Bench: 340lbs
Squat:405lbs
DB Shoulder Press: 100's x 8

Cycle:

W 1-10 Test E 250mg (Monday & Thursday)
W 1-12 Adex 0.25 EOD

PCT
Nolva 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 100/100/50/50. (ED) (2 weeks after last jab)

Training:
I have been training seriously for 4-5 years now. I currently train each body part 1x a week and focus on heavy weights with a 2 sec isometric hold & 3 second eccentric on every lift & every set. It's a traditional "bodybuilding" type of training. Very heavy weights going no more than 12 reps (8-10 typically)

Thoughts? Improvements?
Thinking about starting a log as well.

Good stats for 22 man

Looks like a good cycle.
I would strongly encourage a 12-14wk cycle over a 10. Better gains and retention.

PCT is a little off
