amazing change -- very well done.. what kind of diet and training routine did you follow that allowed for such massive fat loss?
 
Hey guys :) My diet was low cal and low carb (1200cal a day and less than 100g carbs). HIIT of a morning and weights at night. It wasn't much fun but it did the trick!
For those of you partaking in the tricep discussion, I didn decline face crushers with dumbells today and I felt the decline angle was great. Thanks guys!

It just shows though that even after losing the weight there are still health problems because of previously being over weight.

I think you have done a grand job in making a huge transformation in your life,your living proof of what can be achieved with the right mind set.

I wish you well for the future and hope that in time the health issues improve,which no doubt they will.
 
Thanks very much man, you're right, just because the fats gone doesn't mean you're out of the woods. Fatty liver disease, low test and loose skin are all my rewards for being fat and lazy!
