Hello all,

Here’s the short story... used to train and supplement and watch macros very strictly. Got lazy and fat. I started training again a few months ago. Figured I’d just start there since I’ve been out of the loop for so long. I’m training mainly to lean out and gain strength (bulking not as important).

What are the supplements out there now that are worth looking at? So far I’ve been doing a multi vitamin, optimum whey pro, creative and fish oil. Anything you’d recommend? Last time I was supplementing M1T was the big dog! Thanks for any input.

What are you looking for in particular supplement wise?

how is your diet? No supplement will help a good diet
are you tracking macros consistently?
are you going in the right direction with your goal?

^^^ If this is not taken care of it doesnt matter how much money you put into pills and powders it won't help you.

Product I suggest (Once diet it taken care of):

A little costly but not breaking the bank:

Cost Effective:
Dymatize Whey (Choc PB, Choc Cake Batter, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Fudge)

Mainly looking for strength gains and fat loss. Diet is in check now. Watching macros very closely and 8/16 fasting. Made sure to get all that back on track the last three months so I don’t just waste the money in supps. Been there before, learned my lesson! Training 4 days per week, faster cardio 3 days a week, 1 hiit session also weekly.

Well you won't be gaining a whole lot of strength in a deficit because your diet is not supporting muscle growth/gains. if anything you will sustain your gains while trying to lose fat in a deficit of calories.

I would just use the generic list I have for you above. let the diet do the work, and you will be good to go.

And forget about any gains and what M1T felt like, you won't find anything even close today :p

The solution gave you a good list of categories and products to look into. Some natural anabolics to look into would be anafuse, follidrone 2.0, x gels, massmax xt and vector.

I’m loving the pumps and muscle fullness on SNS Gels. They help your muscle feel full even on a cut
