Hows the pec feel today? I am sure it is tight but you usually get a good feel for the amount of damage the day after. Just curious.

Yeah I just saw his thread. Sorry to hear big guy. At least you know what is causing it and will be at alot less risk now that you ain't flat benching. Try to take it easy for a bit too. I know it sucks, myself having a broken leg and all but things will be better soon enough.

He got on my back, I had one foot on the ground and my other knee. Went to stand up on one foot, he fell to one side I went with him but my foot due to the weight stayed on the floor. Heard a crunch and realized I broke something.

Should be able to start leg pressing next week. Glad my legs grow quick, my calf especially took a hit.

Moral of story, don't **** around unless it means something. And I knew there was a reason other than working out why I don't drink. Stupid thinks always happen.

no bruising, must be a strain/pull. real sore but other than that, it's fine. thanks for the thread though, now i have two :D
