Beef liver tablets?

I am thinking of taking some gelcap aminos instead of the beverly....all those horse pills between liver and aminos will kill me....mostly by choking me. So I figure beverly liver with gelcap aminos....the aminos I'm looking at are gelatin/caseinate based.....is that "bad"? :D

Why not use a powder instead of caps for aminos? It's much more economical.

Love using bovine liver tabs both on and off season. Although off season, I am usually only taking a maintenance dose of six-8 throughout the day. On season Ive gone up to 16 without any ill effects or digestive issues. I've only stuck with one brand for my liver tabs... Universal Nutrition! They have a few different products. I use the UNI-Liver because it contains your essentials, nonessentials, and of course your branch aminos! Most complete and afforable supplement i've ever purchased! Bb.com has a 500tab tub for about $20-25!

yeah thats true, I suppose its more for convenience of transporting them around....if I take 4-6 of them 3 times a day between meals, its easier to carry along the caps as opposed to the powder. I get the powder and spill it all over the place when I try this with BCAA or Leucine lol. Also the guys were suggesting beverly mass amino (in conjunction with the liver tabs) so I was looking for an alternative to go along with the suggestion. I haven't taken amino caps for a decade probably...but hey I'll give them a go, why not....
