Beastly Cutting/Recomp/Mini-********

Edited in the following changes:

As part of this, I will be running SARM GW-501516 (10mg/day) along with recourse and erase for 6 weeks leading up to my cycle. the first 4 weeks I'll be using dexaprine, while the second will be milder with caffeine, yohimbine and green tea.

Helladrol (0/75/75/100/100/125/125/0) (only going to 125 and staying there if my body likes it).
Katanadrol (200/250/250/250/300/300/300/300)
M1D Black (4/4/4/4/4/4/4/4) (caps/day)
Forma-stanzol 7 pumps/day
Alternating clen and OEP for 2 weeks each.

As you can tell by the compound choices, it is all about recomping/cutting. I'll have support with N2Guard. I'll be dosing the clen in 3 day mini-cycles as follows: 60mcg/40mcg/0mcg I "feel" better and don't get the crazy high systemic buildup this way. I'll be using T3 while on the helladrol (20/40/60/50/30/10)(mcg)

PCT will be Incredible and Perfect (as it should be) with the following compounds.
Torem 90/60/60/30 (with 1-3 days of 120 to saturate at first, clomid on hand just in case)
Ostarine 25mg/ed
titanium xl
divison 1
Erase
DAA
Need2slin

Followed by a month of:
Ostarine 25mg/ed
DAA
Forma-stanzol (ran 2 weeks past DAA)

I am still weighing options for a workout regimine while "on" I'd like to stick to 4 days a week with the major compounds, and maybe 1 day for support lifts (core/rotators/adductors/abductors)
 
M1D Black? Natty test booster, right? Thought those were a waste on cycle?
Why is it considered a 'test base'? I don't differentiate the two.
 
DHEA converts to test and m1D black is a form of DHEA
 
Well, time for a crap-tacular update....

Tweaked my back something fierce while stepping into the shower yesterday... So I'm going to take this week off and let this get back to 100%, then start in on my dexaprine/tt-33/gw-sarm/slin-shot based cutter and change my workout to a strength-oriented rep scheme with a bit less emphasis on near-failure and a heavier emphasis still on cardio. I'll also be upping my caloric deficit from 200 on weight days 500 on off days, to 300 on weight days 600 on off days at that point.
 
Cycle cold and hot packs on the hurt area. Was it a tear or just a strain?
 
How would I tell the difference? I'm using generic ben-gay alternated with ice packs since yesterday, pain was the worst this morning when i woke up.
 
You are going to want to swap hot and cold. How did you do it? Where is the pain, is it centered or on the side?
 
I found out today I have some kind of viral infection. I have been drained all week. It seems like when we starting cutting something always pops up. I think the heavy lifting and calorie deficit really puts a strain on our immune systems leaving us vulnerable to colds, viruses, infections, etc. However, I do not think your back strain has anything to do with your immune system lol.
 
Centered on my tailbone area, although walking around like an old man has made other parts stiff/sore lol. I stepped into the shower and my foot slid forward and twisted me into a bit of the splits that stopped with my nuts mere inches above the rim of the tub.

I will be training for strength, lower rep ranges, focusing on the big-3. with 5 sets for those (warmup, heavy warmup, 3 working), and then 2 sets for everything else that hits that group, and 3 for the "aux" exercise each day (i.e. the biceps work on back day).
Monday/Wednesday/Saturday cardio will be 10-15 minutes HIIT (up to 20 minutes).
Tuesday/Thursday cardio will be 20 minutes LIS (up to 30 minutes).

I will also be starting a "sick stack of shred" on monday (all of this is assuming my back is "back" to 100%).

Looks good, almost the exact same routine I'm running now for my cut and I'll be doing while on cycle. The 4th day really seems to keep me level and motivated. Packing aux into my 3 day left too much time in between it seemed. Going 4 days keeps me less worn out and more motivated since I have something to look forward to most days. Cardio days I loath.
 
I would put deadlifts at the end of back day because heavy deadlifts make bentover rows unpleasant.

Also I recall you saying you usually get pretty shut down after legs. Maybe throw that at the end of the week? Of course then you would have to change your cardio schedule, also that would require you to be able to get to the gym either 4 or 3 days in a row which can be difficult depending on your schedule.
 
I'm cool to do aux work after legs, just nothing big ya know? plus the GW-(numbers) sarm which supposedly increases endurance. plus i'll be using longer rests between sets to actually train for power/strength.
 
Ok, so the back is better, new supps start monday, this stack will continue for 4 weeks.

Revamp (1x) 5/7 days (pre-bed)


I'll be starting my new workout routine tuesday (skipping first back day, just to give my back a saftey net, I have no desire to re-injure it right away, I might modify this first chest day to be a bit of a chest/back day to make up for it).

I've also made a couple tweaks to my PH cycle, and these are going to be edited in to the front page:

Helladrol (50/75/100/100/100/100/100/0)
Katanadrol (200/250/300/350/350/350/350/0)
Forma-stanzol 8 pumps/day (2-8)

The logic being that I want to finish out on just one simple test-converting hormone before starting my pct instead of having 3 compounds just dropping out of my system suddenly.

I have not, I'm fully stoked to give this a shot, even though I'm not running it solo for an unbiased approach lol.
 
Yeah I read your post before so I edited mine. It sounded like you hadn't.
I'm glad you're doing it like that--solo. Others on here have used in combos...hard to get def results like that.
 
well, its the only SARM, but i'd hardly call running it with dexaprine and tt-33 solo :D
 
hence why i'm doing 1/2 a pill at around 8, and half by 1pm at the latest lol.
 
I break one in half and take the whole thing, take 60 mcg clen, and about 1100mg of hawthorne berries and I'm good to go for six hrs til I take some eca...I have a cuff and check bp often.
 
LoL! Yeah, I can't handle that much in my system, never could have honestly.
 
I've always responded well to stims, and strategic use of revamp has allowed me to not build up much if any of a tolerance.
 
I'm taking that also w ketotifen and NOW super cortisol support. I try to cycle them as to not get a tolerance to any one thing. After while it'll be ginseng and hoodia.
 
ginseng is one of my staples when i'm not on heavier stims I'll admit lol.
 
I like it a lot. Used to take it not even knowing much about it. Done more research on it and I was surprised what all it does.
 
Well, I splurged a bit and snagged another bottle of katana... I'm now planning to run my cycle like this:

M1D Black (0/4/4/4/4/5/5/6)
Helladrol (50/75/100/100/100/100/100/0) (125 on saturdays)
Katanadrol (350/400/400/450/450/450/450/250)

I've got both UDCA on the way from international (hopefully LOL), as well as tUDCA domestically for liver support as I know this is a bit of a long run on a methyl.
 
yeah m1d is my test base, the only reason i'm considering running hella for 7 is that i will have either UDCA or tUDCA on hand to run along with my n2guard.
