If a good diet and extra protein is out of the question, at least go super mild ph. Not Superdrol ph. You don't need it. May do a lot of damage to your life long health. I'm just saying

But one other thing.... when people see me getting huge and then back small again.... whats the best excuse other than "I take fish oil, I take liver supplements, vitamins, eat my wheaties.. oh and one other thing I almost forgot mom, STEROIDS!!!"?

1-4 weeks work out like a champ put on 20 lbs feel like a bad ass, pct start losing some water weight, couple of weeks later and blam, your 137 lbs, your not motivated and give up b/c your diet SUCKS!
