No workout Today. Eating big and healthy for tomorrow workout. Last month I did a total of 72 miles of cardio. This month I will increase if before starting my Lean Bulking. I can’t wait to start doing some good quality Protein Shakes!

I see a lot of guys here on AM with Good Genetics and Good Work ethics. But listening to some people and ruining their gains. It’s nothing wrong with taking advice from a Veteran from the exercise Community. But do what’s best for your Body type and not JJJ body type.

Doughnuts was delicious last night.

I had the sweet tooth yesterday lol! Cookies and brownies.. Total calories alone was 1680! I got on the scale this morning and I gained 1/2 pound.

I decided to bulk myself today. Gonna be bulking until may and cut for the summer in June. Funny thing is I just cut a little while ago haha.
 
Sounds Good! I will be starting a new training and eating program. Focusing on Strength and Power Level. Decreasing Repetition and Sets. Increasing Macros and adding Protein shakes.

Nice! What macros are you aiming for? How many calories?
 
Beans,Sausages,Rice,and Veggies for the next 5 days. I sautéed my onions before adding beans and water.

Workout this morning was Super Good!! Beans,Rice, Sausage,and Toasted Wheat bread for lunch and dinner has been on point for the last 4 days. Breakfast has been Apple or banana. My Bulking will start soon!

Not Yet. I want to see how my body responds to 2K-3k calories daily before adding Vector and Follidrone.
I think this is a very smart move on your part. See what kcal increase does first, then add in your new supps later. Great idea
 
Workout session this Morning was Amazing! Today is the last day of eating beans rice Veggies and Sausages. This coming week meal plan will be beans veggies and chicken.

I’m loving My New eating plan! Body weight increasing and still maintaining a 31 inch waistline. Workout session today will be Chest,Back,and Compound Shoulder Movements.
 
I didn’t workout yesterday due to Family emergency,but this morning I killed yesterday workout plan! I’m feeling really good and 15 pounds heavier than I was 17 days ago.

Morning Workout was Barbell Squat Shoulder Presses. 7 sets 100 reps. My Legs was shaking after workout. Lol! I Did measurements of my legs and calves. Will add measurements in My upcoming Bulking Log.
