This Morning was the first day in the Gym since Saturday, due to a long Crazy Weekend! We went to see Morris Day Concert, and I had a Blast!!

Morning Weight 212

Shoulders Workout was Awesome! I have notice that Radiate makes me urinate a lot before workout. Starting Monday I will be going hard in the Gym and My Weight Goal will be 190! Cardio and Weight Lifting will be Very Intense for the next 21 days.. Also I have some Exotic Pictures of Myself that was taken over the Weekend..

Funny that you say that. I will piss before I leave the house and have to piss again when I get to the gym. (My gym is 1 mile away) !

1 1/2 scoop of Radiate, did 7 miles cardio on Treadmill at the Gym ,and I came home had oatmeal and a Half of scoop of Radiate.

Dumbbell Side Laterals 7sets
Dumbbell Front Raise 7sets
Dumbbell Press 7sets

I am so Fkkk Focused! Energy Level is Through the Roof! Tomorrow Morning will be Flat Bench Chest before Cardio .

Morning Weight 207

This morning Oatmeal and 1 1/2 Scoop of Radiate
Cardio 10 Miles on the treadmill. I am still pushing to get My weight down between 190-195Lbs.
 
I can't do 1 1/2 scoops when running. I gotta stop too much to pee!! Scoop and a half is fine for lifting though.
