I hear you man...my goal was to lose 10lbs, but radiate has killed my appetite so much that I easily could lose 20lbs if I wanted to lose that much!!!

This Morning was My first time back in the gym since Easter.

1 Scoop of Radiate and 10oz of water/Bowl of Oatmeal.

I did Shoulders and Back, and I had a Nice workout..
 
Did Workout at Home this Morning

Abs/7sets
Gluteus/Kickback 10sets

Chest Barbell
Decline/10sets
Incline/7sets
Flat/8sets

I had a Nice Sweaty workout this Morning! Tomorrow Chest Dumbbell/Back at the gym..
