This man always has great logs. Did one for us with DCP. Quality logger

8.) Please state your training style. I lift 5x a week, working 1-2 muscle groups/session, and do cardio 20-45 mins 3-4x week

10.) Links to previous logs or reviews you have done if any. Invalid Link Removed (I will be done logging this in a week, so It shouldn't overlap, and as you can see I am constantly updating my log, not to mention I have done other logs on other boards before as well.

I have lost 35lbs, and am looking for something to help me push through the minor plateau I have it, also something that can provide with me some energy throughout the day, and that can provide some appetite suppression.

Mine will be a solo run as well. Combustion, cissus, bcaa, and protein. Might throw in some agmatine just cuz it makes me feel good. Other than that, no other stims or thermo's. can't wait!!
