So i went in and banged out back and tris, and i had a slight lower back pump.. sd will be kickin in soon, this i am sure.

Only thing to note so far is thay i had a tiny, tiny lower back pump today during tbar rows. Also, that high t ultra gel shat smells like antifreeze. So, i smell like i lathered up and shampooed myself with antifreeze lol during my workout when i start sweating im secreting fenugreek/antifreeze smell. Its silly. And i know people can smell it as well... kinda funny but not so much.

Tomorrow im takin the day off from the gym. Rest day.

How long does it take sd too usualy kick in bro? I was gunna run mine 10/20/20/30 but would it be more beneficial to run 20 across the board as you are. Never ran it before, thanks!

Pick up some tudca those are both harsh orals. Also cranberry extract helped eliminate kidney discomfort for me

look for weight increase the first 5-7 days, strength should show up around day 10

Cool! I was thinking the sd would give me better strength increases than just dbol. Sd dosnt bloat and retain water as bad as dbol, or does it?

Depends on carb intake really
 
Realy! I will be bulking so I will be intaking lots of carbs the first half of cycle while lowering those the back half for my recomp.

Feed SD carbs and you'll absolutely blow up with extra glycogen and some water. SD technically doesn't aromatize so its drier than dbol but not without its puffyness.

Its not a big deal to gain water IMO, I'm bulking and if I get puffy so be it. Makes for an even better cut cycle afterwards lol

My thoughts exactly. On carb restriction SD is really pretty dry though. So it works well for cutting
