Day 2
Legs: had a excellent workout tonight. So for those who have not followed my logs before legs have always been my weak spot. A year ago these #s where half of what they are so I'm on my way.
I'm driving to the gym and I'm stopped at a red light. Grab my phone to check this thread and what do I see? Tyga sets a PR for squats! I watch the video and start yelling in my truck as I see him kill it! At this moment I knew this was going to be a good one. I do my Abs and run over to start legs. I need to thank tyga cause he motivated me to hit 2 PR'S !!! Thanks bro!
Supplement note: I noticed today that my appetite was up. Besides that nothing yet

Ball crunches weight bar: 4 sets till fail
Ab roller plus 40 lbs: 3 sets of 25
Standing cable crunch: 80x 25, 90x 20,80x 25

Leg press: 350x14, 405x12, 495x10, 545x8 PR!

SD, started noticing increased strength around day 5ish but size started taking off around day 10 for me anyways but I suppose each person is different

I'm in the same boat, I work from 9-6, I have a 1yr old and a 4yr old.. I put them to bed and leave for the gym at 9PM.. I know how much dedication it takes trust me..

Lol thanks man. Its tough finding pants that fit loose enough in the thigh without being huge in the waist. My quads and traps are my strong points for sure
