25g kwick karb preworkout
10g leucine (5g pre 5 post)

Various pre's
1.5scoop protein ed (post workout)

Goal: lean bulk, i want to sit at atleast 160lbs AFTER pct. My kcal intake will be 2600-2700, until hunger increases and ill bump it up +200 kcals. I wont be doing to much heavy lifting (below four reps) ill more than likely stick with 4-6 reps one week and back to 10-12reps the following week for hypertrophy work.

Here we go! Tyga and I always follow each others logs and he had the idea of a dual log. We will both push and support each other along the way. I'm going to run P Bold by Andro Factory and IML super DMZ! I have 2 bottles of each and I'm going to stretch this 8-10 weeks. Dosing will look something like this.

P Bold: 4ml/4ml/4ml/4ml/4ml/4ml/4ml/0/0
DMZ: 0/0/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2
SNS liver support: per bottle
Orange triad: per bottle
Per work and bcaa with each workout

Age: 37
Weight: 214
Arms: 17.5 inches

My goal is slow and easy lean bulk. I have never ran a bulk since my entire life gaining weight was always a problem. I'm down 14 lbs since last March and feel its time to add some muscle mass.

Took my first P-bold dose today. I'm going to split the dose in two hopefully to keep it active longer. I thought it was going to taste worst then it did, so I'm happy about that.

Haha good to be back. I never used P-Bold just the old Iforce bold 200 and CEL EQ-Plex. I ran those at 800mgs a day with great results. Good luck man

Breakfast: 2 packs cream of wheat with 2 tbsp. peanut butter

Dinner: Your looking at 2 lbs each of Organic Chicken chop meat and 93% lean ground beef usually have it with brown rice.
