Does anyone have any opinions on dosage for bcaa's? Lately iv'e been 10 grams of unflavored powder to my pwo in addition to my intra which is usually Extend, Amino IV, or Modern bcaa. In total about 15+ grams of bcaas. I was curious what you guys thought.
Btw, i got the idea for 15 grams from Mark Lobliner
 
Seems like a lot.

What is your first meal before and after your workout?
And how is it timed?
 
I usually dont have anything within 2 hours before my workout, so i usually just1/2 to 1 scoop of karbolic during my workout and 2 scoops of whey immediately after my workout.
 
If those 90-120 mins are at a decent intensity you may see endurance benefits from this, but I see no actual need for this from a hypertrophy standpoint as you are getting plenty of protein after and are in a decently fed state before.

I vote you try it, if you see performance benefits keep doing it, if not, I would save your $
