BCAA's, cardio, and IF?

First time doing IF for cutting, so far so good. My question is because of my work/life schedule I can get cardio in on certain days, however it would be separated from my lifting. For example today I want to add some cardio at 1pm, I would not break my fast until around 3pm and my lifting won't be until around 930pm. I know the bulk of calories should be post workout which is fine, just worried about going catabolic during cardio and post. I can take in BCAA's I have a ton, just wondering what to do. Thinking 10g BCAA pre cardio and 10g post should be okay, but is this too much or not enough. Advice appreciated.

While you are fasting take in about 10 grams BCAAs roughly every 2 hours until you break your fast. You wont go catabolic.

I'm doing fasted cardio in the AM and take in 1.5 scoop Alphamine with 6 grams BCAA and seeing great results thus far.

Same boat seems like, I'm doing 1.5-2 scoops alphamine in the am and loving it. Will down some BCAA's as a precaution with cardio and just break fast at 3pm with ~1/3 of my calories for the day.

Aim for 5 IF days a week as a minimum. You'll still experience some great results if you get 5+ days a week doing IF.

Not too much BCAA, I get about 9-10g in Leucine before I workout (3-4 scoops Genomyx Protocol V.2) and then do the majority of my eating post-workout.

Your body will get used to it, and eventually it'll just come natural. For instance, I don't feel hungry till one or two in the afternoon most days now since I pretty much do IF year round.
