BCAA

Yes. It all depends on what you want to do and what the rest of your diet looks like. Are you training fasted? After a large meal? Are you eating after training? Give us a few more details to go on as this isn't a one answer for everybody sort of thing.

I work out one hour after lunch.

I take mine 30 min prior but it also contains waxy maize, cit malate, taurine and other goodies. I train overnight fasted.

Yes I have protein with meals. So, it should be taken after workout maybe to help the recovery?

I would save my money and buy something else. Bcaa will not help you since protein is filled with bcaa. There are benefits to training fasted and bcaa but other than that it’s a waste.

Hello
BCAA should be taken before, during or after work out?
Thanks.

Before or intra workout if you are training fasted.

In between meals 4-6 hours apart.

If you eat somewhat frequently, do not train fasted, and meet your daily protein requirement, they are not needed.

If you train fasted, I would suggest IntraMax (aminos, WPH) for your fasted training and your daily supplements (creatine, betaine, etc.). I would also stack it with Gatorade powder, Supercarb, or Glycofuse.

BCAA’s alone have been proven useless. Look into EAA’s. Pro Supps, Performax, and Dymatize all have great EAA formulas with a full dose of bcaa’s obviously

None of the above. Get your amino acids from a proper diet.

And this, I only ever recommend EAA’s to someone who is cutting because they can help with recovery without the calories associated with protein. If you’re not cutting (or unknowingly under eating) they won’t do much for you. Little more than flavored water if you’re trying to bulk. Go with a protein shake instead and get a nice full spectrum of EAA’s
