No need for bcaas then. But if you insist on taking them, just take them between meals, pre, intra, or post. But honestly no need for them with what your doing. You seem to be getting in you protein needs already.
Bulking. You can do one serving while you are training as your intra workout drink (I even do them with my preworkout)
Cutting or leaning up. I like to do them after waking up, during my workout (or cardio) and before bed. Might be over kill, but hey, its a placebo effect right!!!
You should not need them while bulking,if your diet and calories are in check you will get them from food.If you are not sure,I'd throw in a serving maybe intra workout!
