BCAAs in pill form is never the best route. just too expensive to justify. get some bulk or some BC+EAA, or even xtend.

This is 50 servings for $50. I need portable BCAAs is the thing because of my schedule...
I wake up, eat whole wheat bagel on way to class for 2 hours then go straight to gym. no time for a sketchy neon preworkout shake.

...and i dont wanna have an intra drink cuz i think ill be getting INTRABOLIC soon too....would
XF ICE PLUS and INTRABOLIC be overkill?

You would probably be fine with just intrabolic, but you may want some protein with that bagel.

To the first question I really enjoy using ICE Plus. The BCAA+Nitrates is a great combo that has given me great pumps, endurance, and recovery.

i have a glass of milk with my bagel fwiw. I sleep over at my gf's house so i dont have protein powder there...

you think i'd benefit from ICE PLUS then just carbs/proteins post-workout?

i'd prefer not to have an intra-workout drink tbh. i'll save intrabolic for another time, i think...

On sale, BC+EAA is 30 servings for like $12... under half the price, so you could take 2 servings before you work out or however you wana do it. or go with nutraplanets bulk BCAAs for a lot less money but you gotta flavor it with something really strong. The only thing anyone needs to supplement with is BCAAs and protein, add a little creatine mono if you want since its crazy cheap. adding anything more wont really get u much better results. getting the calories and the protein in is most important then training. supplementation will help you after your diet and everything else is perfect

What's the best BCAA in capped form in your opinion?

dude who works at nutrazone where i get my protein is hell bent on selling me glutamine. i told him i take xtend and he tells me that its not enough and that i need to take glutamine to recover faster. is this true? should i stick with xtend or go with the glutamine.
