As the title says, would regular bcaa or luecine be better for using on a cut for trying to maintain muscle? All in put is appreiated, and if you could add some reasoning into it that would be very helpful:veryhappy:
Well, I would use a bcaa blend, something like RPG by MST or Xtend, the RPG is quite a bit more smooth and blends rather easily.
You want to keep your amino's in a balance when ingesting as it can throw others out of balance, this is why a 4:1:1 ratio or 2:1:1 ratio is commonly seen with leucine:isoleucine:valine
