BCAA before bed?

Send over a tub of RecoverPro, bottle of HghPro & I'll xperiment 4 ya :sgrin:

I've been forcefeeding myself the last few weeks...among other things thru out the day....but before bed having a bowl of rasin bran (or shredded wheat), 2% milk & 1/2 scoop whey...soooo sick of eating...

OHH man raisin bran before bed huh...say hello to insulin spikes and no GH secretion during sleep! That HGHpro won't do you any good lol

no doubt about that ;) that's why I would sub out the food for the RecoverPRO + add in the HGHpro....giddity-giddity? Smell what I'm droppin?

hehheh, do you wanna? I spose depends...if you like the smell of roses, sure ;)

....might possibly be a better set up than what I'm doing now, this only evolved as a way to increase overall cals in a day (which I tend to undereat generally, was an obese kid/teen, so fear of re-gaining fat)...I've been discovering that I really can eat more cals than I thought I could eat and not gain weight, even for having a desk job...
