depends on the price but I would not really rave about ingridients as you can easily put this together with bulk powders, custome capsule, now products.

I would prolly get titanium xl, and AI DAA, not really into lj as a performance ergogenic, it is a libido thing imho

I like all the ingredients involved but is this a twice a day product? I can only take ZMAs as a sleep aid before bed. I guess I'm sensitive to them because they knock me out.
