BB meal planner

I looked at chapters for a bodybuilding meal planner that includes bulking and cutting meals but I can't find anything. Do you guys know of any books I can pick up that include this?
 
I wouldn't waste money on a book. First, you need to calculate your TDEE. Once you do that, adjust your cals depending on if you're cutting or bulking. As far as meals go, eat what you like.
