Battle Ropes afte weights... How often...

Want to start throwing some rounds of battle ropes right after weight training... How many days a week would you try and fit battle ropes in before they start to be a negative in ones routine...

I do cardio in the am, 2-3 prowler sessions a week and a few 30 minute steady state sessions....

I am in a cutting phase now...
 
Love em as a WmUp or a finisher deal for 30secs on and 30 off
 
Those will get your heart rate going. haha
 
Looooove finishing a workout with those. I typically will twice a week, once early in the week and once Fridays
 
It never fails that people stop and watch when I do them and ask questions. I don't think most even know that we have them at the gym.
